動詞片語

1.可拆式動詞片語

注意事項：

(1)名詞放

中間、後面皆可。

(2)代名詞

只能放中間。

動詞片語        中文        例句

find out    發現∕確定    Please find out what went wrong.

（請確定哪裡出了錯。）

give up    放棄        Don’t give up the chance.

（不要放棄機會。）

look up    查看        Look it up in the dictionary.

（查一下字典。）

make up  編造        Mom is good at making up stories.

（媽媽擅長編故事。）

turn on/turn off       打開∕關掉    Please turn the lights on. It’s dark here.

（請開燈。這邊很暗。）

wake up   叫醒        Be careful not to wake up the baby.

（小心不要吵醒這個嬰兒。）

2.不可拆式動詞片語

不管是名詞或代名詞都只能放片語的後面。

動詞片語        中文        例句

care about    在乎、關心    Mr. Huang cares about his children very much.（黃先生非常關心他的孩子。）

laugh at   取笑        Why are you laughing at me？

（你為什麼嘲笑我？）

listen to   傾聽        Listen to me, please.（請聽我說。）

look at/

look for    注視∕尋找    Look at that funny little dog!

  （看那隻滑稽的小狗。）

                                    Are you looking for Harry？

  （你正在找哈利嗎？）

talk to (with)/

about       談話∕討論    Maybe you need to talk to your parents.

（也許你需要跟你的父母談談。）

wait for   等待        I’m waiting for the bus.

（我正在等公車。）

基本上以介系詞of, with, about, for等結束的動詞片語，都是不可拆式的，如：run out of, think of, take care of, be proud of, be worried about等。
